With a passion for creating communities and a deep belief in honest business, Ajay Singhal established Aggarwal Bandhu Properties & Builders Pvt. Ltd. in 2004 with one simple goal — to make real estate buying in NCR transparent, honest, and stress-free.

Starting in Greater Noida, the company now covers Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna (YEIDA) — delivering 500+ projects, advising 1,200+ families across Residential, Commercial & Industrial properties, with Bank Loan Facility available for all clients.
